Delete Your Account

How to permanently delete your PinUs account, on the web or from the Android app.

Steps to delete your account

1. Log in at pinus.live/login.php (or open the PinUs Android app and go to your dashboard).
2. Open Account settings (your profile icon in the dashboard).
3. Select the Security tab.
4. Click Delete my account, confirm with your password, then click Delete my account permanently.

This takes effect immediately — there is no waiting period, and it cannot be undone.

What gets deleted

• Your account (name, email, password)
• Your location history
• Your chat messages
• Your circle memberships
• Your saved places and profile photo
• Any active location share links you created

What happens to shared data

If you were the sole owner of a circle, ownership passes automatically to another member so the circle isn't deleted out from under the people in it — the circle itself is only removed if you were its last remaining member. Messages you sent are removed along with everything else listed above.

No app or login access?

If you can't log in — lost access to your email, uninstalled the app, or otherwise can't complete the steps above — contact us and we'll delete the account on your behalf. Include the email address the account was registered under so we can verify it's yours.
